How to choose the right nail

About the nails, they may all look similar, different nails have different characteristics and have specific uses.

For example, different nail head types need to be considered.

  • The common flat head provides a large hitting surface and a firm grip, so it is very suitable for sheathing and Insulated

  1. The smooth shank type nails are ideal for daily use.
  2. The barbed shank has a herringbone pattern and can be used with hardwood .
  3. The ring shank holds well on soft and medium woods.
  4. The fluted shank with vertical threads is very suitable for cinder blocks. And other nail-sized masonry structures to be classified in a rather unusual way.

1. Penny size
